Refund/Return Policy

At Marinechic, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to love every piece you order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear (bikinis) must be returned with the hygienic liner intact and unworn.

  • Final sale items, including items purchased during major promotional events, are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at marinechic@outlook.com within 30 days of receipt to request a return authorization.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

  3. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel.

  4. Ship the return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at marinechic@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and, upon confirmation, promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

6. International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping region may be subject to additional return shipping costs and import duties, which are non-refundable.
