Q1: Does it work on heavy, flaky rust ?
A: Our spray is highly effective against deeply oxidized rust. However, for heavy, thick, and scaled rust, we recommend using a wire brush to remove debris beforehand. This allows the gel to penetrate directly into the stubborn substrate for the most effective chemical reaction within 5-10 minutes.

Q2: Do I need to wear gloves when using this product? Is it safe for skin ?
A: Although our spray uses a mild, pH-buffered (6 -7) organic acid formula that is much safer than traditional strong acid cleaners, we always recommend wearing gloves when using any chemical. If accidental skin contact occurs, simply wash thoroughly with soap and water.

Q3: How much should I spray on the rusted area?
A: You only need to spray enough to cover the rusted surface - a thin, even layer is sufficient. Thanks to our smart adhesion technology, the formula will transform into a thick gel upon contact, so it won't run. For heavy or stubborn rust, we recommend spraying a slightly thicker layer and waiting up to 10 minutes to ensure the formula penetrates the rust layers before wiping.

Q4: How should I store the bottle after opening it, and how long can the product be used?
A: Store the bottle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Make sure to turn the spray nozzle to the "OFF" position after use to prevent the gel from drying inside the nozzle.
